Normal Season begins around April 15th, we always mow as needed. Not too much, not too little!
Prices

Service
We mow your front, back, and side yard with commercial walk behind or riding mowers. After we are finished with your lawn care, we blow off the grass clipping from your sidewalks and driveway.

Size of Lot & Our Pricing Model

We measure lot size using gross acreage of your lot before any improvements. Find your lot size by using the Erie County Assessment Web Page. Our standard rates are based on flat average lots with good access. If you have multi-levels, steep areas or other obstacles please email us for a quote. Please be advised that we do not actually visit your property, but we do guarantee the cost of the first mow will be as quoted. However, if we identify difficult mowing areas during our first visit, we will issue an updated quote.

Line Trimming

Included in our standard service rates is line trimming which is done as needed (usually every other mow). We line trim around beds, fences, trees, AC units, and areas not accessible with mowers.

Limited Bagging (Extra Fee)

Starting this year we now offer the option of bagging! It is our belief and experience that most yards don't need to be bagged and it is better for the grass and our environment to NOT BAG! But if our customers want bagging, we can bag. Normally we only bag in the early spring (April & May) and fall (October) but this schedule can be altered per customer request. Because of the time of bagging and the cost to dump the clipping we do charge extra for our customers that want this service. Click here to check out our mowing and bagging prices.

Additional Services

We offer sidewalk and driveway edging for an additional fee. Please check our prices here. For our large commercial customers, we do offer some basic landscaping services such as spring & fall clean up, barking and weed spraying. Please call 814–838–0102 for a quote.

Contact Us

We prefer to receive requests via email which is monitored not only during business hours, but during the evening. Electronic messages allow us time to review your property if you are potential customer and reply quicker than you would ever expect from a business, especially a lawn service company. Please view our Contact Us page for phone, address, and contact information.
Mow Day & Time
We work seven days a week. We do not assign a specific mowing date and time due to the frequency of mowing and changing weather conditions. We are unable to guarantee a time or day. Our crews can work until 9 PM during the growing season. If you do not want us to mow during certain times or dates please let us know and we will try and accommodate your request.
Holidays
We may have to mow during a holiday if weather causes us to alter our schedule. If you do not want us to mow during a holiday or special day for your family please call or email us 24 hours in advance.
Mowing Season
The season starts on April 15th, and we can mow up to November 15th. Over the last three years our average start time has been April 18th, and our final mow has been around November 8th.
Payment & Billing Options

We offer four billing options, please click here to find out more. At this time we do not accept credit or debit cards.

Damage
If we damage something in or around your yard please contact us within a 48 hours from the damage & we will repair or replace it. If you have landscape lights, commonly known as Malibu lights, which have exposed wires, please advise us in advance, so we can decline service because there is a 99% chance they will be damaged sooner or later. If you still want us to service your lawn we do not pay for any damage caused to these lights!
Complaints
If our work is not satisfactory, or you think we did not show up, we will send the crew back to your lawn without any additional charges. This will be done within 24 hours after the complaint was received (weather permitting). However, we must know within 24 hours of our service. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we consider the work satisfactory for that trip and we will talk to the crew about your complaint for the next trip. If you have a complaint, please email us.
Weeds
Cleaning your flower beds is not a part of our mowing service.
Insurance
Our trucks & crews are fully insured.
Pools
There is no deduction if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Serving a home with a pool actually creates more line trimming and fewer open areas to mow.
Contract
We now require a contract with our customers. We do this to help keep our prices as low as we can and because legally we need to have an agreement to do work on your property. Even if you just want us to mow for short term, a contract must be signed. We prefer and still want to earn your business each time we mow your yard but at the same time, we must have a signed agreement with our customers that identifies the types of service we are providing, what is covered, and how much it will cost to protect both of us. So before we can start mowing your yard you must have returned to us a signed contract. Click here to view our standard contract.
Cancellation
Your contract will specify how many mowings you signed up for [ie seasonal, 10, 5, 1, etc]. Your contract will specify how and if you can cancel your contract and any fees that you would owe if you fail to fulfill your contract. If you sign up as a customer, we consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel. Cancellations must have a 24 hour notice during business hours, weekend cancellations take place on the following Monday. If you would like to cancel, simply email or call us.
Year to Year Customers
If you sign up as a customer, we consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel. Cancellations must have a 24 hour notice during business hours, weekend cancellations take place on the following Monday. Rates are subject to change from year to year!
