| Your billing choice will be made when you sign your contract, you have one of four options: |
| After the 1st two mowings you may choose your billing plan: |
| Option 1 | Prepay monthly: Contractor will bill client by the 5th of each month for the upcoming month. Customer must pay bill by 15th. Client pays the cost listed in the scope of work section. Bills sent via email when possible. |
| Option 2 | Seasonal [Save 5%]: Client agrees to pay for the season in full before April 30th, # of mowings in season is based on 32 and contractor will give client 5% discount off cost listed in scope of work section. |
| Option 3 | Billed After Service [via email]: Client must have email for this option, client will be billed via email after each mowing, payment is due within 10 days and contractor will add $1 to the cost in the scope of work section per mowing. |
| Option 4 | Monthly After Service [Add 5% Cost]: Contractor will bill client by the 5th of each month for the past month service. Customer must pay bill by the 15th. Client pays the cost listed in the scope of work section plus 5%. Bills sent via email when possible. |
